Dear Customer:

Sew Steamboat

Happy Birthday America! This Fourth of July let's reflect on all that is amazing about America. It’s a great time to just celebrate our country. It is the land of the free and the home of the brave and a melting pot of people who generally try to work together for the greater good of all Americans.

It takes all Americans to keep America a bright and shining place for all. America is more than a bright and shining city on a hill – America is a bright and shining spacious night sky filled with shining stars of many shapes and sizes – just as amazing as the fireworks in the night sky on the Fourth of July.

Features:

100th Annual Routt County Fair

To encourage and enable everyone to enter a piece the Routt County Fair, Sew Steamboat is forming the Routt County Fair Club. We'll have Lynn Wunder, our sewing and needle felting expert, and LA Bourgeois, our knitting and crocheting expert, on hand to assist and advise on your fiber projects.

We'll be meeting at Sew Steamboat every Wednesday from 4-6pm (during Sew-ceity) starting June 4th and continuing through August 6th (the last Wednesday before the Home Arts entry date for the Fair). As always, the Sew Steamboat crew will be providing snacks and drinks for all the participants. All ages are encouraged to attend, but children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

August 8 - 17, 2014

On Tuesday, August 12th, Fair Club participants may drop off their entries at Sew Steamboat. We'll take them over to the fair on Wednesday, August 13, to the Home Arts check-in (which happens that day from 1-8pm).

While there is no charge for attending, we're encouraging donations to the Routt County Fair. We'll have a jar in the sitting area, and suggest a donation of $1 per attendance. All the donations will go directly to the Routt County Fair.

Let's get creative and show off at the Fair!
